- Take your time. The videos are short, but there are a lot of them. Give yourself as much time as you need to fully integrate and practice the information presented.
- Feel free to jump around. The course is presented in a logical order, but it’s perfectly OK to create your own order. Start with what you find compelling, then move on from there.
